[Beg-sysbiol] Abstract | Reverse-engineering Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptional network under changing environmental conditions

I'm afraid we will have serious problems submitting anything on Arabidopsis now that several papers have been published on this (basically we are scooped ...). Please let me know if you disagree and see options to publish additional 'in silico' work on Arabidopsis .... Yves -- Yves Van de Peer, PhD. Maybe we could/should_have published some in silico papers on Arabidopsis ourselves as well? Maybe we can discuss this briefly. How far are we with discussing with the wet labs. Are they running experiments based on our predictions already now?? Yves -- Yves Van de Peer, PhD.
