Dear All, The Bioinformatics and Computational Biology groups are working hard to develop top-down Systems Biology approaches (where regulatory networks are being inferred from large amounts of transcriptome data), and we would like to discuss these with some of the 'experimental' people to see how we can integrate transcriptome data that are generated in the Department with approaches that we develop, for instance to elucidate transcriptional regulation in developing leafs. I would like to propose to have a meeting on this on either April 10th or April 11th. Could you please let me know whether this fits you?
