I joined quite a few of these types of contests in highschool (even won the biology one - w00t free stuff and a trip to Minsk to get my ass kicked by Chinese people in the internationals) So for old times sake, I'm willing to sacrifice one afternoon for the cause. (though if there are 3 actual informaticians that can form a team, they should and I'll stand down).
