Which brings me to the next idea - maybe the BEG-IT-policy mailinglist needs to accept questions etc. from people not on the list? Then I would send it there. And you guys could advertise the mailinglist to BEG. BSB I mean. Sigh.
All db's are dumped and diffed against the Montly Full Dump once every two days. I don't think for now there's a delete policy on the Monthlies. So if you screw up, you lose at most 2 days of data...
