couple of points : a) are the answers to the questionnaire by name? If so, the anonymous login will overwrite itself many times I guess. b) When I first clicked on the "start" without filling in a login, the website didn't respond for 1 minute or so c) users do not have to select an option (bullet-options) : shouldnt this behavior be caught (javascript) when submitting?
