Because probably they didn't even research the new situation as they didn't change a thing themselves as far as I see. UGent IT changed the smtp-ports yesterday, and those ports have never been allowed by our IT, so for them, nothing has changed. Only something that 'by accident' used to work, doesn't work anymore. And the policy they do prefer, still stands. T.
