So... some geeky stuff. I told some of you I really wanted one of those tiny laptops, without spending too much.. So in the end I got ... http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/index.php/taxid;2136212930;pid;5507;pt;1 For 300€ in the Macro, if anybody was wondering. You can get it with Linux as well (though probably not in the Macro), and then you will get a 20 GB hard drive, instead of 12 GB. Both versions should cost the same (300€), but they just put in more memory in the Linux one because they could save on licensing information. I wasn't aware of the Linux one when buying the Windows (XP) one, but don't really care, I still like to be able to open .doc and .excell properly :p (and I don't think running vmware is an option on this thing) Anyway... even though I only just got it, and haven't been able to play with it properly yet (away for the weekend), I've already fallen in love with it :-) From now on, it will probably travel with me whenever I go on a conference :-) End of message.
