grep 'mRNA: ' scaffold_1.gff3 geeft output
grep 'mRNA: +' scaffold_1.gff3 geeft geen output.
grep 'mRNA:[ ]+' scaffold_1.gff3 geeft ook geen output.


Any ideas why?
