
It is, they helped me out instantly when I was there. With telenet it's the same btw, they will perform an automatic test it thats fine you won't even get redirected at a human helpdesk. So if you have problems occurring every once and a while it's really difficult to speak to someone and explain the problem (unplugging your modem seems to help, that will trigger their alarm bells) lieven sterck schreef:
