The only one I know of, is http://www.flyingpig.nl/ But I haven't been there so I can't vouch for it! When I was in Amsterdam with a friend a few years ago, we tried getting in a hostel for one night, but everything was fully booked. We entered one of those flying pigs things and it looked rather cozy (lots of young people with all different nationalities hanging around the bar etc). But we couldn't stay there so I couldn't say whether they are reliable or not!
Take-home message : book well in advance because we ended up staying in another city (we didn't mind, we didn't really like amsterdam all that much tbh)
