No, new entries are added everytime. Only a check made for people who go back and forth a through their history.

I don't know why this happens. The webserver seems to be swapping a lot and I don't know why :/
c) users do not have to select an option (bullet-options) : shouldnt this behavior be caught (javascript) when submitting?
You can leave everything blank if you want to. But the behaviour you're suggesting is a 1 minute fix if they need it. thx for the feedback! Kenny
