Hoi Binaries, Is there anyone who has experience with pdftk compared to using convert to merge pdf documents? The convert makes the letters fuzzy. Are there better solutions? Or could a real binari write a good script for me to do it really good? :-) cheers, Ward

I'm pretty sure you'll find a good excel solution ;) On Thu, 18 Sep 2008, Ward Blondé wrote:

And if you plan to do it manually: Adobe Acrobat (Pro?) does this too. There's one available on Athena. Still there? Little java tool in attachment. For all your pdf merging needs. Unziptar it, no installation needed (jar you need is located in 'install'). Just run it with a recent java. java -cp /path/to/PDF.jar Concat result.pdf chapter1.pdf chapter2.pdf conclusion.pdf cheers, T. -- ================================================================== Thomas Van Parys Tel:+32 (0)9 331 36 95 fax:+32 (0)9 3313809 VIB Department of Plant Systems Biology, Ghent University Technologiepark 927, 9052 Gent, BELGIUM thomas.vanparys@psb.ugent.be http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be ==================================================================
