Hi, This afternoon some of us talked about where to find good javascript books. I use ebookee.com to find ebooks sometimes, I thought I'd share this information, maybe it can be of use to someone. This site contains a lot of links to (mostly illegal) scans of books converted to pdf format. Unfortunately, most of the links are from rapidshare, which I heard is blocked in the UGent domain :( -- ================================================================== Stijn Vermeir Tel:+32 (0)9 331 36 92 fax:+32 (0)9 3313809 VIB Department of Plant Systems Biology, Ghent University Technologiepark 927, 9052 Gent, BELGIUM stmei@psb.ugent.be http://www.psb.ugent.be ==================================================================

If you don't mind reading them online, you can always check scholar.google.be, and more precise http://scholar.google.be/scholar?q=javascript&hl=en&lr=&btnG=Search Stijn Vermeir wrote:

For the people new to mailman, there's one drawback of having 2 email addresses. I've added you people with your long email (firstname.lastname), and therefor your posts with the shortname have to be moderated every time you send a mail. I chose the long name because this looks nicer as an email address to offlanders. And why do we care about offlanders? (And wtf are offlanders? *) Eh .. Good question, but we do care. *jedi mind trick hand movement* We do care .. To make it easy for myself, and for everybody else, could you please change your email address to the long name in your mail client? -Kenny * We live on an island, and everyone who's not living on/round it, is not on (our) land -- ================================================================== Kenny Billiau Web Developer Tel:+32 (0)9 331 36 95 fax:+32 (0)9 3313809 VIB Department of Plant Systems Biology, Ghent University Technologiepark 927, 9052 Gent, BELGIUM kenny.billiau@psb.ugent.be http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be ==================================================================

Je kan die ook aan je auto-accept lijst toevoegen op het moment dat je toch eens moet modereren. Kenny Billiau wrote:

And damn right! Tuurlijk, gewoon telkens op auto-accept klikken (of in sommige gevallen op 'ban' natuurlijk) en het modereren is op een paar dagen tijd geautomatiseerd. But apparently I'm actually just subscribed with my short email address. And weren't we supposed to email in English? Otherwise our German friend misses out on all these interesting conversations. cheers, T.

Right, babelfish... I translated thpar his short piece of email: Tuurlijk, gewoon telkens op auto-accept klikken (of in sommige gevallen op 'ban' natuurlijk) en het modereren is op een paar dagen tijd geautomatiseerd. Tuurlijk, on auto-accept click simply each time (or in some cases on ' spell ' of course) and the modereren have been automated on a couple days time. Dunno about you, but the English translation is not that appealing to me:( Michiel Kenny Billiau wrote:

The missing pieces: sssst.. that are now already this way, differently thpar never something are able post Tuurlijk, on auto-accept click simply each time (or in some cases on ' spell ' of course) and the modereren have been automated on a couple days time. You manage that also your auto-accept list add the moment you must nevertheless once modereren. Kenny Billiau wrote:
