Questionnaire is not on the https server, that's a security risk :), I don't want my anyone sniffing out my responses Besides, how do you enforce one questionaire/pp if you want guarantee anonimity? A nice solution would be with a random token system, but I guess that would be overkill ;-). Kenny Billiau wrote:

euhm.. it _is_ on the https server ;)

Or make them log in but guarentee they can do it anonynously ;) As you could print multiple questionnaires too, I figured people would be too lazy to fill in the questionnaire too many times (and besides, I do log their IP and when they fill it in ;) I can track abuse) -Kenny

:o it's not anonymous at all! you filthy IP-tracker! seriously, I don't really give a damn. How long does it take to fill these things in? Oh, looking good btw Kenny! (the online interface, that is, before I get hit by Esther) Sofie

Maybe you can put this info: "Most questions can be answered on a scale from 1 to 5 going from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree”. After each question there is space for your comments, and there are also some open questions." on every page, at the side. Because after the first question I forgot if 1 or 5 was the best... The page took long to load, I guess because all binaries went there at the same time? Esther. lieven sterck wrote:

this was about 2h work (with 20min waiting for the webserver to come out of a swap :/) this will save chtir some boring days of work but, most importantly, this will put IT in a bad light as they claimed making this questionnaire site was 'too much work' and should be 'outsourced' (in their face!) Anyway, BOGAS nu dus .. .. :) On Wed, 20 May 2009, lieven sterck wrote:

couple of points : a) are the answers to the questionnaire by name? If so, the anonymous login will overwrite itself many times I guess. b) When I first clicked on the "start" without filling in a login, the website didn't respond for 1 minute or so c) users do not have to select an option (bullet-options) : shouldnt this behavior be caught (javascript) when submitting? No, new entries are added everytime. Only a check made for people who go back and forth a through their history.
b) When I first clicked on the "start" without filling in a login, the website didn't respond for 1 minute or so
I don't know why this happens. The webserver seems to be swapping a lot and I don't know why :/
c) users do not have to select an option (bullet-options) : shouldnt this behavior be caught (javascript) when submitting?
You can leave everything blank if you want to. But the behaviour you're suggesting is a 1 minute fix if they need it. thx for the feedback! Kenny
