Cool! More features you'll never use. T.

Well, 2007 is supposed to be able to export to PDF and use better formats (docx etc - though I'm slightly against those formats as I can't open them :-)) And after working with 2007 all afternoon (via Athena on UGent), I feel completely and utterly exhausted. Every freakin' button is somewhere else and even though I'm sure MS has thought it all nicely true (</sarcasm>), it's bloody annoying. That and the VPN decided enough was enough, crashed, and closed my document unsaved. Sigh. Sofie Thomas Van Parys schreef:

2007 is soooo much better!! i've been using it for a year by now. especially excel is terrific - soo much more columns (16,384 instead of the old 256) and rows (over 1 million instead of 64,000) i have an illegal copy here at psb if you want... nathalie Sofie Van Landeghem wrote:

Actually you can just download this software from UGent with license key and everything, so no need for illegal copies. Funny I should say that though. Tried actually doing this 3 times today, but gave up. Blaming my old & slow pc though... Sofie Nathalie Pochet schreef:

With the risk of sounding like a fanboy: OpenOffice has been featuring the 'export to pdf'-button for years. The latest version also supports .docx if you would run into trouble opening such a document with an older office or athena doesn't play nice. I suppose though I don't use office applications enough to appreciate the full range of features.
