[Binari] Belgacom complaint service is not human

Hi, I got ADSL on a promotion of Belgacom, and now on my first bill they charge me the full amount anyway. They even charged me with the free modem they sent me! So I call today hoping to get this settled fast, and they will send me a letter where I can write down my complaint .. You're weird alright, but this is plain creepy. Couldn't they just use normal human-to-human interaction and send you an email? It is, they helped me out instantly when I was there. With telenet it's the same btw, they will perform an automatic test it thats fine you won't even get redirected at a human helpdesk. So if you have problems occurring every once and a while it's really difficult to speak to someone and explain the problem (unplugging your modem seems to help, that will trigger their alarm bells) lieven sterck schreef:
