Bizarre, VB is indeed very gnu. But so are the greens, in fact our Belgian GNU champion is Bart Staes :). I think those parties are respectively the least targeted and immune to the industry lobby. Michiel Van Bel wrote:

if, despite michiel's attempt to draw you the the dark-side (VB) ;-) ... remember that a former colleague of psb (phbac, phillipe de Backer) is also running for the EU-parlement! (first successor open-VLD) Maybe i need to add that i have enough incriminating info on him to let him vote for every copyright statement we like :-D (the fact that he is running is not a joke though) L.
