Hi, I've got a problem with these PSBfora. I don't think people are actually using them. https://intra3.psb.ugent.be/component/option,com_ccboard/Itemid,195/view,for... e.g.: they were also meant to keep the numerous birth announcements out of our faces, but since the start of the fora on 1 October, there have been 3 birth announcements to all@. (One clever one didn't send it to all@, but to all maillists instead.) So this is my idea to have the fora bloom a bit more: - (weekly?) digests of the new topics. OR - remove the fora and have seperate maillist with a digest. the digest solves the problem of visibility: everyone reads their mails. It also solves the problemthe management has with these mails: it's not during work anymore, or it doesn't distract as much as to have the actual full mail in your mailbox everytime. Of course IT should moderate their stuff better.
