Hello Erick, Is it possible that ID's that existed before, disappeared now? One of the example-queries I made in onto-sparql, has a non-existent ID now. Ward Erick Antezana wrote:
Dear all,
we are pleased to announce the release of the Cell Cycle Ontology (http://www.cellcycleontology.org) version 0.9.8. For this release, up-to-date data from the main sources (GOA, GO, UniProt, and from orthoMCL execution) has been integrated. As usually, please refer to the application ontologies directly via the web site:
http://www.cellcycleontology.org/ontology/cco_A_thaliana.obo http://www.cellcycleontology.org/ontology/cco_S_cerevisiae.obo http://www.cellcycleontology.org/ontology/cco_S_pombe.obo http://www.cellcycleontology.org/ontology/cco_H_sapiens.obo
and/or the entire ontology:
http://www.cellcycleontology.org/ontology/cco.obo
Moreover, CCO can also be explored from the BioPortal (http://www.bioontology.org/ncbo/faces/pages/ontology_list.xhtml) as well as from the Ontology Lookup Service (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ontology-lookup/).
For further information please refer to http://www.cellcycleontology.org or contact cco@psb.ugent.be
