Dear all,
The CisCode Wiki will be ready soon. You will need a user name and a
password to access it.
I will create them for every person in this mailing list and send the
information to each of you separately. So please reply to me
(elisabeth.wischnitzki(a)psb.ugent.be) so I can be sure your email
address is correct.
If you know somebody who is not in the list but should be, please tell
me. For this purpose I also included a list of all email addresses below.
Thank you all in advance.
regards
Elisabeth

Dear all,
Last time we were not successful in organising a combined SYSFLO-CISCODE meeting in Venice because we had a delay in the start of SYSFLO. However, now that SYSFLO is officially started, we could try it again. At the CISCODE meeting in Venice it was decided to have the final meeting in Palermo and Georgio Morelli found a very nice spot for this meeting (see below for the information). Since this is a combined meeting we will need 1-2 days, preferably close to the weekend (or maybe partly overlapping with the weekend). Initially we thought to arrive on Wednesday May 26th , 2009, have the meeting on Thursday and Friday and depart again in the weekend, but it turned out that this was not possible for everybody. Unfortunately there are not many other options because we are dealing with a holiday period (for some countries) and with the Arabidopsis conference from June 6-10. Therefore, I suggest to fill in the Doodle time planning by using the following link:

Based on this time planning we will make a decision soon (before the end of next week)
Beste regards,
Gerco (also on behalf of the coordinator of SYSFLO: Brendan)

Dear Gerco,
I found a little town near Palermo were we could have the final CISCODE meeting.
The name of the place is Castellammare del Golfo ( http://sicilia.indettaglio.it/eng/comuni/tp/castellammaredelgolfo/castellam… ) that is about 40 min from the Palermo airport.
We could stay at the Hotel Cetarium http://www.hotelcetarium.it/
The hotel is located in front of a small yacht port and it's near the Arab - Norman castle that gives the name to Castellammare del Golfo.
The price should be about 65€ full board in double/twin room and 90 € in single room. The registration fee (to be calculated) should cover the expenses for the meeting room, coffee breaks etc.
The transfer from and to the airport is about 90 € by regular taxi, but we could try to arrange it with private companies with cars or small buses.
We have to decide when we woud like to have the meeting because the Arabidopsis 2010 is June 6-10.
Let me know your opinion.
Best regards,
Giorgio
