Dear all,
The combined CISCODE/SYSFLO meeting will be organised in Palermo on Thursday May 27 and Friday 28. Giorgio asked me to give the information of the hotel, which is a small hotel with only 28 rooms. Therefore, we have to book the hotel now. Please fill in the booking form (see attachment) and send it to the hotel before April 1. The meeting will start in the afternoon (around 14.00, after lunch) on Thursday and will mostly take the whole Friday. Therefeore, it may be possible to arrange your travel in order to arrive on Thursday morning.

Dear Gerco,
I writing you regarding the organization of the CISCODE/SYSFLO meeting.
I originally asked the hotel to keep 20 rooms for us. Since the hotel
is small (it has only 28 rooms) it is better to confirm them.
Therefore, each partner has to book his own room by filling the attached registration form and send it to the hotel not later than April 1.
For renting the meeting room and the coffee breaks we have to charge about 60€ as a kind of registration fee, which will be collected at the meeting.
