As decided on the meeting in Venice our next CISCODE meeting will be held near Palermo (see detailed below). We will try to combine it with SYSFLO (Brendan could you inform the SYSFLO partners, please)

We suggest to have the meeting on May 27-28 (Thursday, Friday) and you can stay in the weekend if you like. Because Giorgio needs to book the hotel, I would like to know asap whether you have a problem with these dates. When I do not hear anything then I assume that it is OK and I will ask Giorgio to book the hotel.

The name of the place is Castellammare del Golfo ( http://sicilia.indettaglio.it/eng/comuni/tp/castellammaredelgolfo/castellammaredelgolfo.html ) that is about 40 min from the Palermo airport.

The hotel is located in front of a small yacht port and it's near the Arab - Norman castle that gives the name to Castellammare del Golfo.

The price should be about 65€ full board in double/twin room and 90 € in single room. The registration fee (to be calculated) should cover the expenses for the meeting room, coffee breaks etc.

The transfer from and to the airport is about 90 € by regular taxi, but we could try to arrange it with private companies with cars or small buses.
