Dear All, please find some important informations regarding the 2nd CISCODE Meeting to be held in Rome, May 22-24. You will be lodged at the Hotel Mediterraneo (www.romehotelmediterraneo.it/) . The price, including breakfast, is 170€/night for the single room; 200€/night for the double room, single occupancy; 235€/night for the double room, double occupancy. I pre-reserved 11 single and 2 double rooms for 2 nights (May 22-23) and 2 more single rooms for 3 nights (for Yves and Elisabeth). At this point you have to confirm the reservation by sending the attached form directly to the hotel (email or fax) before April 7, 2008 at the latest. Don't forget to confirm your reservation, May is high season in Rome. The meeting will be in the Palazzo delle Assicurazioni, P.zza Venezia 11.
