Dear all, The 2nd CISCODE meeting is approaching soon at will be held on Friday May 23. I suppose that you all received the information about Hotel and meeting place from Giorgio Morelli. If not, please contact him. The schedule for the meeting will be very similar as the one via had in Venice. Each group is supposed to present their results and plans. I put the PI in the schedule, but that does not mean that the PI should present the progress, in contrary, it would be good when the post-doc present his/her own work. We have plenty of time for informal discussions and also the schedule for presentations is quit relaxed and should be flexible. I have scheduled a presentation from each group for 35 minutes (incl discussion) (see attached program). For the venice meeting we prepared a list with constructs, lines etc., which is also present on the wiki website ( https://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/knowledge/wiki-ciscode/index.php/Mai n_Page). Please update the availability of the constructs and lines on the WIKI site and also in the attached document (total-CISCODE).
