Dear all, Due to the fact that exchanging the water pipe in the confocal room E152 takes longer than expected, the room will also be inaccessible this afternoon. I will inform you when everything is done, hopefully by the end of the day, but until then you cannot use the olympus or ZeissCLSM microscopes. [Confocal] Zeiss 710 561nm laser down

Dear all, The 561nm laser of the Zeiss710 confocal does not work anymore. I am afraid it needs to be replaced. I will contact Zeiss to have this problem solved. [Confocal] argon laser transmission on FV1000

Dear all, The argon laser transmission shutter of the olympus confocal malfunctioned this morning. The problem is solved for now. [Confocal] Brown coffee cup

Hi everybody, It seems that somebody forgot their coffee cup in the confocal room - it's a brown mug, which I found on the Zeiss 710 table. I picked it up with me (remember - INSPECTION on Thursday:). As an avid coffee drinker, I know how it feels to lose your coffee cup:) If you happen to miss it, pass by lab E018 (SeedDev) and get it back.
