[Confocal] Computer problems LSM710

Dear users, There have again been some issues with the computer that's connected to the LSM710. IT will look into it on Thursday. In the meantime I ask you not to switch off the computer or any of the components except for the lasers. In short: if you are the last user of the day you just have to turn off the Ar laser and exit the software (to turn off the software controlled lasers). Dear all, I got confirmation from Zeiss regarding the maintenance of the Zeiss confocal microscopes. [Confocal] maintenance Zeiss confocals

Dear all, It is the time of the year to get all the Zeiss confocals maintenanced. I have looked at the reservation list and marked next week for the CLSM and Zeiss exciter. Zeiss needs two days for the exciter and one day for the CLSM. I have marked September 19 and 20 for the maintenance of the Zeiss 710. These dates still need to be confirmed by Zeiss, but it is likely that the Exciter and CLSM systems will not be available during some days next week and for the 710 on 19 and 20 September. Please take this into account when planning your experiments.
