[Confocal] Spinning disc: Top camera not working

Dear spinning disc, The Top camera is not working. Please keep this in mind for your experiments. You still can use the rear camera (what most people use I think), but top and dual camera mode is not working. As usual I will keep you informed and hope to have this solved rather fast. [Confocal] Zeiss 710: detector (channel) 2 NOT working

Dear confocal users, Channel or detector 2 from Zeiss 710 is not working. Depending on the number of fluorophores, you can continu imaging but with a small adaptation of the Light path: For imaging up to 2 colours just use the other 2 channels (Ch1 and Ch3). For imaging 3 colours FRAME sequential scanning will be required ( one of the channels will capture 2 colours, or you can even put all colours on one channel). LINE sequential imaging or simultanous imaging will not be possibe. Also note that in case of Smart setup or reuse, you will have to adapt the Light path. Don't hesitate to contact Daniel or me if you would have problems for setting up. Dear confocal users, There is a new log in for the Zeiss Exciter. There is a note at the screen with the info. Most of the things from desktop are moved. But if you would encounter a problem by the change of the user, contact me so we can go back to the previous user settings. [Confocal] Leica SP2: stage not working, not possible to mark positions

Dear SP2 users, The stage button is not visible in the software, making it impossible to mark positions. I assume this is related to a previous problem: not possible to log into the software with the 'personal profile' but only with the 'company profile'. For the moment you can again log in with 'personal profile', but still the stage option is not visible. The company is contacted and I hope to get answer soon.
