[Confocal] SD: dichroic exchanged for simultaneously imaging CFP/YFP, instead of GFP/RFP

Dear all, The 509 beamsplitter is now installed allowing to simultaneously image CFP/YFP. If you would like to simultaneously image GFP/RFP the beamsplitter needs to be changed to the 580 beamsplitter. This is physically taking out the filter and put the other one in, something that needs to be done by Daniel or me. Keep in mind that before using both cameras you ALWAYS need to calibrate first. This can be done through a userfriendly wizard 'Calibrate Multicamera' (under Video). If not clear, don't hesitate to ask for help. Dear all, The cameras of the spinning disc are exchanged as the rear camera (the mostly used one) gives a very pixeled image. The top camera is now on the place of the rear camera, but settings are for the moment still as top camera. With some adaptations you can use it as normal. Please contact me if you cant to use it, so I can help you with this. Dear all, Below some information about the use of the SP8: reload settings - bidirectional scanning - saving info. Please read them well, as they can help you. These info will be also available at the right wall of the SP8 and in the folder \\psb.ugent.be\shares\research\images\images_cameras\confocal\Help Leica SP8. 1. Reload settings: It's recommanded NOT to reload settings from images from before 17-01-2020 as this is from an older software version. In some cases this could create conflict with the software. 2.
