[Confocal] Olympus FV1000 out of order

Dear all, The computer driving the olympus confocal crashed and is not recognizing its hard drives anymore. We are looking into it to get this fixed and to get the system operational again (we will probably need a new pc). Dear all, In order to avoid the problem with the computer, please don't touch the two black buttons, used for switching off the whole system. Please use instead all the 'small red' buttons (under the two screens, mentioning computer, monitor1, monitor2, ....) to avoid the lasers stay on the whole time. In case the computer would crash (what would be very exceptional :) ), you also can restart the computer by just pressing the 'small red button named computer'. With these actions, the computer should be completely operational again.
