Subject: SD: dichroic exchanged for simultaneously imaging CFP/YFP, instead of GFP/RFP
Dear all,The 509 beamsplitter is now installed allowing to simultaneously image CFP/YFP.If you would like to simultaneously image GFP/RFP the beamsplitter needs to be changed to the 580 beamsplitter. This is physically taking out the filter and put the other one in, something that needs to be done by Daniel or me.Keep in mind that before using both cameras you ALWAYS need to calibrate first. This can be done through a userfriendly wizard 'Calibrate Multicamera' (under Video). This procedure is described on the last page of the manual described S:\research\groups\group_alice\CONFOCAL\Info\Manuals ConfocalsPSB\Spinning Disc\Spinning Disc_Manual_V20200828If not clear, don't hesitate to ask for help.Best regards,
