
Dear spinning disc users, Lately we observed 2 to 3 times that one or all the lasers were not working. Restarting the system solved the problem. In order to solve this issue, I'm in contact with the company and need the following information: - What are the lights from the laserbox doing on the moment that the laser(s) is/are not working? The best would be to take a movie/picture of the laserbox: one with the system on but no imaging, and one were you are imaging. Thanks in advance!
