Dear SP8 users,

We have again on regular base following error. A restart (only software of if it doesn't help a complete restart) is the only solution for the moment.

The company checked our PC but for the moment there is nothing that could be linked to the cause of this. To investigate this further could you give me more details when you observe this error?

Please do the following:

- create error report (indicated on a sheet at the wall next to the SP8)

- save on \\psb.ugent.be\shares\research\images\images_cameras\confocal\Problems_Leica SP8 --> make new folder with date and mention firmware event code

- also add a document which mentions where your project was saved on the moment of the error

- send me an email

I also would like to remind you to following procedure. It could help to prevent above error (not sure), but anyway, it's a better way of working as the machine will be faster.
