Dear confocal lasers,

The 514 laser from the Leica SP2 gives unstable output.  Sometimes working nicely, other times not.

The other lasers are working nicely.   
Depending on your dye or fluorophore it could be possible to excite your sample by using another laserline.  Leica SP2 has also a 496 laser which is the closest to the 514 laser.
