Dear spinning disc users,

Both cameras are working fine.

A loan camera card has been installed and the system is working again fine.

Although I doubt that a bad connection could also be the cause.
That's why we want to evaluate if we encounter any connection-problem with the new camera card.

Please, report me if this is the case!!
And try to restart the PC to solve the problem.  

Also, be very gentle to the back of the PC and do NOT touch the cables at the back of the PC.  Also take care with your feets, in order not to hit the cables at the back.

The PC has to stand like that in order to evaluate the connections at the back (visible by an active or blinking light).

Dued to connection problem with PC only one camera can be used for the moment.
As the rear camera gives us the most flexibility and options, I swapped to the rear camera.

You can use the system as before, but without top and dual camera.
Also no new settings need to be made.

Hopefully this helps most of the users to continue their work.

Dear spinning disc users,

The rear camera (the most used) of the Spinning disc is not working and as consequence also the dual camera mode is not possible.
The top camera is still funtional, so an option could be to use this one.
The limitation is that only light above 509 nm is send to this camera. (most of the blue fluorophores will not be possible to image)

The predefined settings for the top camera are for the moment quit limited (GFP), but more could be setup if desired. 

If you would encounter problems for the setup, don't hesitate to contact me.
