Dear imaging people,
The computer has been reinstalled by our IT and is operational again. Some changements or attention points:
-There is no personal log in anymore. The situation is now similar as with the other confocal systems. Start the computer, no personal log in needed, map the network drives and launch the software. To stop, close the software, unmap the network drives, if needed switch the computer off. DO NOT CHANGE USER OR LOG OFF!
- There is an issue with a cable at the back of the computer that sometimes causes bad connection to the microscope. For the moment connection is OK, so please don't touch them. Also avoid touching the computer with your feet!
Only if you would encounter no connection to the microscope (when launching the software you do not get the panels for imaging, only windows explorer), you can contact Daniel or me, or you can
enforce the cables again.
The IT will look into the problem soon.
Don't hesitate to contact Daniel or me in case of problems.
