Subject: Zeiss Exciter: software doesn't start up
Dear Zeiss Exciter users,The Zeiss Exciter software doesn't start up dued to an error concerning the objectives ( CP Objectives can't open).I will inform you when this is solved (and also when the issue with the unsharp images is solved). In the meanwhile you could use the Olympus confocal, depending on the type of your experiment of course.Except for experiments where you need a tiltable confocal, a 25xWater lens, a 40X Water lens, Root tip tracking experiment, the Olympus confocal could be a good alternative. (in some cases even a better one than the Exciter). If needed, I can give you a very quick explanation on how to use.Sorry for these inconvenience,
Gr,
