Dear Balkan, Thanks for informing us. We are aware if the issue and communicated about this before. The argon is unstable at high output. Only use it at 20% or lower. In combination with sensitive detectors, this should suffice. Have fun imaging, D Verstuurd vanaf mijn iPhone

The Argon laser on the SP8X was not working properly last time I used it (01/05). Especially at higher laser power setting, the laser fails to continuously emit. Maybe the laser is nearing retirement?
