Dear all,I noticed that the argon laser is not working optimal anymore. The plasm is almost degrades, which makes it unusable at the normal output (= position of the small wheel just before the green light turns into the red light). This wheel is now at a position that gives the best output. (approx around 4,7 A, whereas normally this is around 6A). Please don't change, I put a tape around it. Above this position there is no output at all. (you should see a purple light, not an orange light).A new laser is ordered and will be installed. Also the lamp of the fluorescence lamp has been changed. This lamp was already a lot above this maximum lifetime and caused a lot of noise. Also the lamp sometimes felt out during the experiment.Dued to a broken collector glas inside this lamphouse, it was impossible to make a proper alignment with the new lamp. The Zeiss person will look into this tomorrow to try to get it as good as possible for the moment until the part is repaired.I would like to address once more to contact Daniel or me whenever you encounter some problems. Thanks in advance,
Greetings,
