The current issue with the spinning disc is solved!
It seems that it was a problem separate from what we sometimes had before: the full ultraview proscan was not recognized this time due to poor connection to the cables. This also explains why we didn't see the transmission light shutter this time, while this was the case with the previous problems.
Meanwhile, we are still looking to solve the problems that have been dragging on for a long time. We are testing a loan proscan for that purpose. That is why it is very important that you inform me about some issues: software crash, emission filter wheels that are not visible, laser that doesn't work, ...
It seems that we don't have these problems anymore with this loan proscan, but it can also be coincidence, or it could be that the system is used less frequently. That is why your input is very important!

Dear all,Currently the spinning disc does not work: emission wheel is not recognized and also the shutter for bright field light is not recognized.Not recognizing the emission wheel is a recurring problem, for which we are currently running tests with a loan proscan box. This seemed to improve the situation, but has been now be proven to be pure coincidence.The support for this system is temporarily out. I hope it will be available again by the end of this week, early next week.The proposal is to test the spinning disc sometimes, because in the past we often had everything operational again, without making any changes.I will keep you updated.
