Dear all,
The issue with missing spectra does not get solved. The spectra database is blocked, possibly by network environment (anitvirus program) or ... Many hours have been spent trying to solve this, and the proposal now is to recover the PC. This would make the SP8 unusable for a while, which we do not want to do.
Despite the convenience of this tool, it is not necessary.
So we will use a subsequent upgrade or an upcoming installation of the Falcon, which will also require serious work on the PC, to hopefully get this back functionally.
