[Confocal] SP8: if no transmitted light on your sample at microscope, please check position of shutter at the top of microscope

Dear SP8 users, If no transmitted light is observed on your sample at microscope, please check position of shutter at the top of microscope (see picture). By mounting your sample on the microscope, this shutter could be accidently pushed up.
