Dear spinning disc users,

Could you please inform me when the issue with non starting lasers from the spinning disc occurs again?

A maintenance was performed end of June and some actions have been taken, but not sure if this will solve the problem.
It's very important that we can trace this.

Also if you observe something else, please let me know.

Dear spinning disc users,

Lately we observed 2 to 3 times that one or all the lasers were not working.  Restarting the system solved the problem.

In order to solve this issue, I'm in contact with the company and need the following information:
- What are the lights from the laserbox doing on the moment that the laser(s) is/are not working?
The best would be to take a movie/picture of the laserbox: one with the system on but no imaging, and one were you are imaging.
