Hey,
Please verify that the proper laser is selected for that detector (where you have the gating on,off and the borders of the gating you also can choose a laser.
If still not ok, restart the software. 
If problem persists,  than I will take a look next week.

Dear users,
Today in the SP8 there was a problem with the gating, there is no difference between gating and no gating so I think the configuration has changed.
If there is anyone knowing how to solve it please let us know.
Otherwise please consider this when imaging.
