Subject: [Confocal] Zeiss710: Ch1 not working, use Ch2 and CH3

Dear confocal users,

For the moment Ch1 of the Zeiss 710 is not working. 

But as we still have 2 other channels, it can be temporary solved by using the other channels. See picture in attach for example of setup. 

Simultaneous imaging of more than 2 colours will have to be done by sequential imaging.  

It has not been checked if the Ch1 comes back to life when the system is completely switched off.

Ke Xu, could you test this tomorrow morning as you are than the first user?  We didn't do this now as we already lost a lot of time dued to crash en start up problems.
