Dear spinning disc users,
The shutter for transmitted light doesn't work. But luckily we are able to have the light coming to our sample, meaning that normal imaging still can be done.
But make sure when you switch to confocal mode to have the transmitted light off by using the external box (whereas before you could do this by using the shutter).
If you forget this, than all the transmitted light will go on to your detector, which will be dramatic for the camera!!
In case of questions, don't hesitate to contact Daniel or me.
Best regards,
Evelien
