Dear spinning disc users, The rear camera (the most used) of the Spinning disc is not working and as consequence also the dual camera mode is not possible. The top camera is still funtional, so an option could be to use this one. The limitation is that only light above 509 nm is send to this camera. (most of the blue fluorophores will not be possible to image) The predefined settings for the top camera are for the moment quit limited (GFP), but more could be setup if desired. If you would encounter problems for the setup, don't hesitate to contact me.
