Hi Jos,

Thanks for the reply. It's the first time IT helped me to install LAS X on my computer yesterday but it doesn't work. They let me contact the LAS X and they told me they can't do more..  I have no idea which version they installed for me. But I think it's the same one as others?

Have you opened this program before on your pc? The error looks as if it’s looking for the confocal. Maybe you don’t have the “lite” version but the full version on you pc?

Not sure how to permanently solve it. But if I first open LAS X and only then try to open the images file, it works normal for me.
