Dear all,

There is a way to fix the problem on the SP8X that I mentioned before.

In the objectives tab on the screen of the microscope, there is a button that allows switching between eye and scanner.
So if the system does not do it on its own, you can do this by clicking that button.
We will look into why the system fails to switch, but for now, this is a solution to the problem.

cheers,

d

Hi all,

It is currently not possible to see your sample through the oculars of the Leica SP8.
Scanning and imaging works, there is transmitted light, but it simply does not reach the eyepieces.

Evelien will notify the company and we will keep you updated.

Sorry for the inconvenience,

d
