[Confocal] Looking for people with experience with long timelaps using Leica SP8

Hello dear SP8 confocal users I'm looking for someone who tried long (>12h) timelaps on the SP8. I would like to image cotyledon development using 1.5-2days old seedlings. I would like to hear feedback on the protocol and settings of the microscope. Many thanks in advance!
