Dear all,

Could you make sure that, before this powercut (thursday morning from 6.30 am), your imaging is done and that the confocals are switched off.    
Especially the argon lasers needs time to cool down.  A power cut like this could damage the lasers!
Also the internet will be switched off which would effect your saving.

Dear all,

Due to maintenance their will be a power cut Thursday morning (Feb 1st) from 6.30 pm until 7.30 pm max.

What will be off?:
  • lights in all TC rooms (for the day/night rooms the lights will only be switched on after the cut, not to cause extra stress to the plants by putting on the lights at 6 am for 30 min.)
  • all lights at the 1st floor
  • internet
  • some sockets at the 1st floor
Please switch off all equipment on Wednesday evening.
